About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and IO Corp Pty Ltd of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). Wealth MS is a product of IO Corp. They apply when you create an account or use Wealth MS. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
The service
Wealth MS gives each of your funds a private email address. Funds email their statements and notices to that address, or you forward them, and we process the data to show your values, returns, capital calls and documents on the web and on your phone.
Wealth MS is read-only. It can't move money, place orders or give instructions to a fund. We may change the features of Wealth MS over time.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone has used your account without your permission.
Your data
You own the information you put into Wealth MS and the documents your funds send to your private addresses. You give us a licence to store, process, copy and display that information only as needed to provide, secure and support Wealth MS for you.
You must have the right to give us the information you share, including information about other people in your household. We handle personal information as our privacy policy describes.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Wealth MS for anything unlawful
- try to access another household's data, or get around our security
- send malware or unwanted mail to Wealth MS addresses, or otherwise interfere with the service
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Wealth MS, except as the law allows.
Fees
Wealth MS costs A$50 per user per month, or A$500 per user per year. You pay when you subscribe, and we bill in advance, monthly or annually. There are no per-document charges.
Fair use: your plan includes processing up to 200 statements and 1,000 pages a month for each user, pooled across your household. If your household goes over, new statements are still received and stored, and are processed from the start of the next month. Ask us if you need a higher limit.
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which we add where it applies. We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice.
Information, not advice
Wealth MS displays information from your funds. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and we don't hold an Australian financial services licence (AFSL).
The figures in Wealth MS depend on what your funds send and may contain errors. Before relying on a figure, check it against the original statement, which Wealth MS keeps for you, and get professional advice before making financial decisions.
Your funds
The funds you invest in are independent of us. We don't control what they send, when they send it or whether it is accurate, and we aren't responsible for their products, services or reporting. Your relationship with each fund is between you and that fund.
Availability
We aim to keep Wealth MS available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if fees go unpaid, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first. When an account closes, we handle your data as our privacy policy describes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
To the extent the law permits:
- we exclude all warranties and guarantees not set out in these terms
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by inaccurate information a fund sent
- our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, if the changes are significant, tell you by email before they take effect. If you keep using Wealth MS after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of New South Wales.
